Unique flavorful beer infused with ancient sake and brewed with 7 different malted and unmalted grains. Ending with a herbal, lemony dryness, the use of wheat brings singular light and fresh flavors while the fruity notes originate from the use of a rare home-cultured yeast and selected cereals. The complexity of the infused Gekkeikan sake allows a warm but delicate balance, enriched with a creamy texture arising from the oats.
